Parker valves question - quick help!

Are these parkers the ones that would be used in an air ride system or are does anybody know if they are for a different application (lower psi)?

I have never seen them with a blue cap thing in the orfice, its usually always red if I remember correctly.

Im curious because Im about to buy them if they're the right ones - thanks guys
