I need help with my truck, any advice.

Alright guys and girls. I own an 89 Ranger that's bagged. Of course I still have I-beams. And on my frame towards the front tire there are torsion bars on each side that run up to the I-beam. Now the torsion bars hang a little lower than the frame actually does which prevents me from laying true frame on my truck. Is there anything I can do to change this besides changing out the front end or doing a whole new frame. I plan on building a frame for it when I save the money but until then I want to be a little lower. So if you can help let me know.
