Toggles

Aight i just bought a couple of 3 position toggle switches on-off-on. they have 6 prongs on em 2 up top, 2 on the middle, and 2 down bottom. All i have to do is hook my power wire from my fill valve to one of the top prongs on the switch, and the power wire from my dump valve to one of the bottom prongs right? what are the middle prongs from and where do i hook my 12 volt source wire up too? I'm not the best when it comes to figuring out how to wire something so any help is needed, thanks in advance.
