Need to go lower with cans.

Ok, I just picked up a 91 civic hb two weeks ago and this weekend I installed cans on it. I'm tucking most of the wheels on my 18's but I want go lower. The back still has one more notch on the fork so I can take care of that but I need the front lower. If anyone knows what I can do to get it to go lower please help me out. Thanks.
