I need suggestions

My goal is to get my slo-noma bagged in the front this summer...I found someone around here selling a used set up:VIAIR 1/4hp compressor3gal tank2-185psi 4way spool valves2-beltech drop shockspressure switch 150psi on 175psi off

I know nothing of air ride yet. Is this a decent start if I add 2 slam specialties bags for the front? He wans 300 bucks for everything but the shocks. Is that a good deal? What suggestions would anyone have to get a better set up dirt cheap?
