Tires exposed or covered?

Hey I got an Colorado that I am bagging and bodydroping very shortly but I need some input.My wheels are going to be taller then my bed when its layed out. I pretty much did that on purpose. Should I leave the tires exposed on the top of the bed and finish it out that way or should I cover it with a nive smooth hump that is incorperated into the bed cover?
