wheel locks?

ok i have 18 inch Tenzo shu 4's on my 98 accord. today at school i was told to watch the closely because someone was plannin on stealin them off my car. so. 1st off i know he will do it because he has stolen about 3 or 4 sets of wheels and tires off cars at dealerships for his friends. 2nd, i dont know what to do about it. and what is a way to prevent them from being taken off. he has a friend who knows how to get em off even with wheel locks. so what do i do?
