distributor?????

Ok my truck is still being gay. I replaced the O2 sensor and cleaned out the throttle body. But it still loses power on hills and skips and sputters around some corners. My Nissan Frontier did that about a year ago, and it was under warranty, so I took it to the dealer and they had to put a whole new distributor in it. Think that might be whats wrong with my S-10? (88 with a 2.5L)
