FUCKIN FBI !!!!!!!!!

well i ordered parts from midwest customs in missouri and hes a really good friend of mine and i had him order the new thomas ta 4101 and the phantom grille. we ordered it 2 weeks ago today. well my friend told them not to order the parts till the next day cuz the check has to clear... well they did it ne way and my friend had over $150 woth of over charges in his account. so he called fbi and talked to his sales rep and he told him that he would fix it. well when he did he recharged it to my friend. which caused another $150 worth of over charges again so all together $300. well they finnally got things figured out last tuesday. and said that they were going to three day the parts and should have been in by the end of the week last week so i could get the parts on for a car show. well its monday now and the parts havent come in yet. so my friend called fbi and said the compressors are on back order. so basically they lied to him him so i grabbed the phone from him and started chewin out the sales rep and said that the parts were supposted to be in for the show like they say they would but they didnt and i was like well thats bad business from a customers point of view. and i was like well my friend has spent plenty of money trhough u guys and u still had the nerve to lie to him personally i dont think u should be working for fbi ne more. and he was like well im sorry for the inconveinience and i was like well fuc yeah u should be and he was like ill let jason talk to the shipping department guy when he comes in. i was ok. has ne had this much trouble through FBI or what.
