yea the motivation worked, had my house appraised and going to borrow about $30,000.00 to put central air in my house, ad on a laundry room, pour a floor in my shop additon and roof over it, wire my shop, buy a welder, compressor and plasma, table top mill, lathe, band saw, and finsh my truck. thats it im tired of it just sitting there.
