What the hell is going on?!?!?!?

i have a 91 scsb silverado. My pasenger side window wont roll down. the motor is fine its somethin in the switches and only certain ones will work. cant roll it down from pass side or driver side, but if u take the driver side window swtich and swith with pass side it works and the other 2 switches will work for the driver side. also my light switch is sparking and smoking...what the hell is going on???? im goin to run my window and lock switches to my console. is there any way i can substitute the big ass ugly stock switches for something smaller?? only problem is there arent any other switches with the same plug, can i just wire these to a diff switch somehow?? thanks!
