no spark?

Just put the engine back in a frontier and now it wont start. It turns over, but gets no spark. Also the turn signals and hazzard lighs dont work and the fuel pump doesnt work unless I bypass the relay for it. I checked all the grounds and they are all connected, all I get from people around here is that it's a bad ground, but that's not it.
