Good Price or not?

Hey guys my buddy is getting his tailgate molded even so its equal with his lights on his Ranger and his license plate frenched and handle relocated, he is also getting a custom rollpan put on, he is getting it all done for 90$ labor and materiel included. Is that a good price?

I told him to save his money and we can do it but he dont want to.....
