To Whom ever has shaved mazda taillights?

ALright i got some taillight flilers from gauage and i put them on and after i got finish smoothing ever thing out come to find out the body line on the tailgate was not the same depth the bottom boy line, the body line in the tailgate is alot deeper then the body line onthe taillight fillers how would i go about fixing this.
