Here are some pictures of some arm(s) I made today. This is the finished one, the other is still cooling in the jig.

Couple hours to angle the stock arms, make both jigs, and one arm. Second arm took like 30 minutes.

they look good, you got sweet skills, just need a good bender now so you can mandrel bend the pipe to show off your full potential

They're lowers.

I broke the bender I was using. It snapped with a 12 ton load, and I fucked up my wrist. So, I'll be building a new one that wont kink shit pretty soon. Just need to work up some cash.

You should learn how to tig weld, its pretty easy once you get the hang of it.
Are you using DOM tubing?

careful wiht that creae on that longer bar, not gonna be that strong.

how much you going to sell them for? and are you going to offer a package price for both the uppers and lowers? if so whats that price on that?

Its DOM. I dont like the kink, but I have to live with it at this point. If I make more I'll build a proper bender first, or have it bent. For now I only have access to a 1" tubing bender.

Finished though.
