cost?

I'm just getting into modding my 1991 4runner... so far it's been all audio gear.... I was just wondering how much it would cost to make it ride on some bags? i don't really plan on going all out and lay frame right now, since it's my only car and I can't stand to be without a vehicle for an extended period of time... so just something to give it that dropped look. how much should i be looking at for some bags that'll let me FBSS and pancake? i'm plannin on getting some rims as well, what size would you reccomend for a 2wd,1991 4runner? thanks
