Aro valve leaking into bag

I have some aro 3 way valves (1 block used for up and down per bag) and both sides leak air from the tank into the bag when it sits over night or in a few hours. What should I do to stop this ? Oil the rubber seals ? I dont have an oiler hooked up so its just air running through the system. Thanks
