Worst luck!?

Oh man, tell me if this isnt horrible luck!? Ok Im taking my pre-aprentiship to be a mechanic and doing my 3 week work expereince at the moment,and earlier this week this couple came in with a jeep cherokee. They said they were on theyre hunny moon, and about 2 hours into their drive (from kamloops BC, to somewhere in California) theyre truck broke down. So we took a look and their front diff was fried! so we went to the wreckers and put in a new front diff. they got about 15kms and it heated up the diff and started smoking, so we put in a new transfer case (the cause of the problem), so they go to leave and the seals from the transfercase were faulty and they heated up and started to leak (were fine for the 30 min test drive). so we pull the tranfercase, they get to vancouver BC, and go to trade their jeep in and continue their trip. they feel some clunks and they get it looked at and the front diff from the wreckers was cracked, so now they got to tow it 2 hours back to our shop and get another front diff! i tell ya that poor couple and their hunny moon, i hope its not foreshadowing their marriage!
