oh boy

well i burnt up a 40 amp relay runing to my compressors. so i heard to use an 80 amp (starter solenoid) so we need that..left home this AM to go to a show 2 hours away and compressors wouldnt do shit.forgot my wrench so it was no taking the stuff out to see what happened. tryied to make it back home but smelled some horrible shit and nothing would hold pressure. called a friend back home (HLPMEUP) and he came and trailerd my ass back home. come to find out the solenoid had burnt up, literally. just glad it was no fire..what caused this with a bigger relay..i was told that one for both compressors would be fine but now i am thinking 1 80 amp for each compressor. i am not messing with it again just hope this 40 amp holds up after burning one prong up the other day on an old one
