What does it take to start a new chapter of NC? There was some guy talkin at a local show here the other day sayin somethin about you only need to have like 3 rides to start a chapter. that just didnt seem like all you would need, considering the size of NC I would think there would be more requirements than that. I tried lookin at the website but it said new site comeing soon, so I figured I would ask here.
