Slowing down my bags.

Yeah i know some of you will be like what the fuck you want to slow your shit down for. But my bags are pretty hella fast or atleast my frontend is real fast on its way down. I know its because the engine is upfront for more weight but i need to know how to slow my bags down without switching smaller lines or insert or valves. I was told mufflers slow them down but when i looked into them they said nothing about being slower. All they said was silent it, i dont want it quiter, i want it slower and if anything louder. Ideas will help.
