wont go over 90 psi

i finally get everything hooked up last night, let my compressors run, and it filled all the way up to 90 no porblem, but after that, it wouldnt go any higher. i have 2 thomas 315s filling 2 3 gallon tanks. i checked and fixed all leaks and then tried it again and nothin doin. any ideas guys?
