Perfect Paintjobs

I was just wondering if there really was such thing as a "flawless" or "perfect" paintjob, or is there always going to be some small acute pinhole, or mess up unnoticed by most? My truck is getting painted right now. The cab is finished, and I spotted two tiny tiny pinholes, that a dozen people looked over. Anyway, I'm getting the painter to fix the holes becuase it would drive me crazy knowin they were there. Sorry about the book, but did I go too far by havin him fix em?
