putting the truck back on the road

ok heres my question, last month i got 2 tickets for driving without a front plate and with expired inspection, so i pay the tickets whatever no big deal... so then like last week they send me a letter saying i owe 40 more dollars so, i'm sending out the money tomorrow but i also want to put my truck back on the road, will not having that ticket payed for hinder my ability to register the truck, if so that would suck ass....
