A/C Mechs. or anybody who knows A/C

Sorry guys, I left out some info. on my post yesterday. My truck is a 95 XLT Ranger, 2.3 liter 4 cylinder. I had the A/C recharged last summer, around August. When I turned it on a couple of days ago the air blew, but didn't get into the cab. It does this on both heat and air. Also, the comp. cycles every couple of seconds. I didn't try putting on the defrost, or switching the airflow to the floor. So, now ya'll know everything I do. Thanks in advance for the help.
