can i get some pics and list/explanation of your bag setups

im trying to decide what bag setup to go with. i have the thread of notch and bridging and i realize i need to decide what kind of setup i need to decide to go w/ being that my truck will continue to be my daily driver.

thanks in advance

the reason i did mine with the bags over the axle was because with less moving parts the less there is to go wrong. i wanted to keep my stock tank so its why i went with the three link. it is my daily driver so i wanted a realiable set up that is pretty bullet proof. i also did this set up because i still load my dirt bike into it and ill put other thing in the bed and i didnt have to worry about bending bars with the extra weight. the truck's suspension will hold more weight than it can move. not that i use it to haul lots of weight...typically its just my dirt bike but never the less there has been a few occasions..

my bags are behind for space concerns. i'd do on the link bars if you have enough room.

so bags over axle w/ 3link = virtual bullet proof for a daily.

^^thats what im looking for. i dnt want to have to worry about replacing something every month on my setup ya know.

so is the bag over axle STILL a better ride than stock ride??

LOL i have bag over axle with the 3-link and it rides like ASS if i keep it im going to change it to a triangulated 4 link and put the bags on the bars...

man o man...how glad i am to hear about this before i made this mistake..

so either way i go im going w/ a triangulated 4link w/ bags to bars

That is what i would do... But if you do that you will have to move your gas tank... UNLESS you do a reverse four link or a 50/50 four link

Don't go reverse or 50/50, ever.

I've got a forward 3-link, gas tank in stock location, and bags on bars.
