who knows a lot about windows media player?

i have this icon on my desktop to that links to an online radio station thing so when i click it, it opens up in windows media player as a playlist. i have dsl so i was hoping there is a way i can set it to open and start automatically when windows starts like aol instant messenger gives you the option of starting with windows. anyone know how i could do this?
