Cheapest way to bag my s-10

I have a 97 chevy s-10 stepside. I want to want to make it go the lowest with out a body drop. I just want front and back, no side to side. What all do I have to have to do this. I want to be able to drag the back end. I know I will have to cut the bed, what about the front. Im also on 17" wheels. A list of parts would be great. I have all the airline and fittings, pressure switch, tank, compressor, and valves, just need to know what else, do I have to have a 4 link?
