Alarm with shaved door handles??

I'm about to get an alarm put in my truck, b/c of my new system, and i'm also gonna get electric windows, and keyless entry, but im planning on shavin' my doors eventually. So when i do shave my doors, would i just wire the alarm to the solenoids to pop the door open instead of unlocking/locking?? or how would that work?? Or do yall think i should wait and shave the doors and install the alarm at the same time??Maybe make it easier??
