Smokes on startup

Ok my truck smokes Really bad when it's been sitting overnight (i say overnight cause if it sits all day and i start it in the night it's fine) i was thinking it was valve seals because it clears up within 1-2 minutes, but i thot if it was that it would smoke everytime it sat. Any help would be appreciated.
