Having a problem with my rear end!

As I lowered my amigo everything was smooth and working grea.The problem is that the kit became loose after 6 months and the rear end started to sway from side to side and walk under my truck once in awhile. I fixed it by replace the leaf springs with a sway kit from summit and tightened all the bolts. Now my problem is that the rear end rotated itself because it was loose causeing alot of vibration and a really bad angle on the uv joint.I now have to replace my rings and bearings becasuse there was no fluid getting to them because of the angle its at.Yep it sucks, so what I would like to know is how tom rotate the rear end in a parking lot and how to my bearings? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
