steering box?

ok ya know how theres the plastic box thingy that covers the steering wheel wires and crap like that?? its the box that is behind the wheel, well how do i take it apart i unscrewed the screws but i cant seem 2 get it apart?? so how do i do that?? kustompup93 thankx
