Sad as it might hurt for me to say, I Love the lines on this truck as compared to the 84 - 88's. Dont get me wrong thou, i like them ALL. But surely a fav in my book as well . . . Thanks !

These particular trucks have a-lot of meaning to me, my friends 78 in high school is what started my love for Toyotas and Mini Trucks.

Scotts truck was so sweet, it was a white SR5 L/B, a brown velvet bench seat and had chrome diamond shaped wheels, old wagon style, we used to cruies and jam to Bon Jovi Livin on a parayer, this was back in 88, damn those were some good times!

I hope you enjoy this pic and it gives you a goal to shoot for with your truck, shes so worth it!!!

Great picture, awesome memories. Its kinda weird how most memories can trigger an obsession or a passion for things. I had a '84 Toyota 4 x 4 that was jacked up and had a custom mettalic blue paint job on it right after high school. We had soo much fun driving it around, cranking the tunes, and picking up chicks. Sounds weird, BUT, point being, I found my passion from there and have never looked back. This one is just another chapter in my book of Toyota . . .

I feel the same way. My love and passion for Mini Truckin started in 87 and I've never looked back either.

Its not a hobby like some people say, its a way of life and an obsession.

Just a new fuel pump installed today, the stock one was leaking, she feels much better!

this is an ozzie truck posted above it has a great interior. a guy local was also building one of these bd to the door on hydros. i dont know weather hes still going. it was crazy low.

how do you know it has 75xxx original miles on it? just asking because my 79 hilux only had 5 numbers on the counter so every hundred thousand it went round again.

they are great lil trucks.
are you going to bag it? if so have u thought about mounting the body on a later model toyota pick up frame?

Great picture, love that lil' red truck! Truck was registered last with state as having 76,XXX miles on it, then it sat for 4 - 5 years with bad clutch and blown radiator. She was salvaged by the last owner, clutch replaced, and radiator sealed. Then when he had it registered and title sent from state it stated mileage, but, to be truthfull, I cannot 100% without a doubt verify this, I can only go with what title was stated as. Regardless, runs lika top, has all the original vacuum line stickers and emmisions stuff. there is still a sticker on the drivers side front of bed ( inside of bedside - right behind cab ) that has the ( Longbeach Fabricators sticker with # ) All in all, kinda neat seeing OLD stuff. Mileage and stickers and such aside. The Green Machine is just neat considering its older than I am. Plans for right now is " Daily Driver " while Im baggin my 87', so no REAL solid plans as of yet, besides static dropping and sportN the green. . .
