has anybody got a ticket for??

Has anybody got pulled over for this over for drving with the rear end too low and the front up, headlights are out of adjustment, modified frame, parts welded to the frame, well i got this ticket this weekend for cruising and got me for all this s**t. These are a fix it ticket. Has anybody got a ticket for this reason and how did you guys fix this to get the ticket signed off by a cop?
