Whats Everyone Think About This Law...

i was watching the news for once and they were introducing this new law were they hooked up breathalizer test to the cars so everytime you get in you have to breath in it to get the car started and then every 15 to 30 mins you have to breath in it again to keep it running. i forget what state it was in but i personaly think its stupid because people should be able to take responsablityl for there actions but then again i think its good that way its stop the dumb fucks from getting on the road and killing people. what everyone else think about it? would you do it or find away around it if it came to your state?
