the first pic shows the driver (right) and passenger (left) pods out of the car. the 6.5" speaker will go in the round hole and the crossover for the speaker/tweeter pair will go in the rectangle. the crossover is set back 1" from the top surface so that the top of the crossover will be flush with the top of the pod and you won't see any wires.
second pic shows the two empty pods in place. They will be carpeted with black carpet that matches the door and console (not in place). I will eventually dye the carpet black or replace it.
third pic shows the passenger pod with the speaker and crossover layed in. again, black carpet will go on first.
Since I glassed in around the door moulding, I don't think i'll even need to screw these pods down. That was a problem with the last pair I made; they were only velcroed to the side of the car and not well at that so they would come out and get under your feet sometimes.
