my old school toy

my girlfriend bought this for me for christmas. paid 800 bucks as is and running just needs piston rings.it is a 20r head with 1982 22r bottom end with the dual roller timing chain.lowered 3 inches new tires reupholstered and came with a few nos eom parts.im currently rebuilding the motor,pulled the pistons out last night and every ring was broken on all four pistons.this truck will be replacing my 05 canyon once it proves it is reliable enough. sorry for the dull pics they are from my phone

haha yea i plan to marry her. thanks for the positive comments. theres just something about fixing up old yotas.here is a pic of my old yota i basically restored. i wish i had taken pics of it when it was done.it sat in a field for 10 years then i got it for 300 bucks rebuilt the motor axle and tranny.put all new sheetmetal on then dropped it with some 16" enkies.

that would be awesome. its so freakin hard to find (nos) parts for this truck. not much of anything out there for these trucks but that's no biggie. I like how you added a section for the older mazdas like on mazdabscene.com. my screen name is hybrid on there
