scrub help

if i pull all the leafs but the main and the overload and toss some 3" blocks in there, will I A. have enough suspension left to keep the ass off the groundB.have my frame rails sitting on my axle (ie. will I have to notch, not a problem, just wondering)andC.be waaaaaaaaay past scrub on a 215/55/r15 tire or possibly a 50 series

in the front, if i RE-INDEX not crank, my torsions, cutout my bumpstops and their respective mounts completly, and flip my ball joints, I should be able to match up to the rear right? im looking to get the frame dead on scrub, any other help here?
