truck is tweakin

Ok i get on the freeway today and my brake and abs light come on and i also notice that my dial indicator on the speedometer keep on going up and down. for instance if i would go like 70mph the dial would keep on moving from like 60 to 75. Has anybody had this problem. Its a 98 ram
