Escalades on a C-10

I have a set of Escalades to put on my 69 C-10 while it's under construction & until I get some dubs. They have the correct lug pattern (6x5.5) but the center hole is too small. I have 2 options that I know of to consider, either have the center hole drilled from 3" to 4" or get some spacers with a 4" center hole. I'm thinking the spacers might be best because it looks like the wheels might need a little more offset anyway to fill out the fender wells. What should I do?
