Need Help On Front End? Layin Frame with 22's

Hey guys hows it goin? I have a 99 F150 with 22 by 9.5 rims and 285/30/22 tires. I just got done baggin the rear this weekend. And I am in need of some advice on the front. I was thinking on getting some djm lowers to finish off the front. I dont want to do a spindle flip. Is it possibly to lay frame in the front with the djm arms with my 22's? I have Airlift Gen 2 bags will I get enough lift to clear the rims? I need some professional advice. These big rims got me worried! I need to get my truck done by 4th of july weekend. I need some professional help.
