Hey this is for my brother, hes on Vacation so Im gettin some info for him... I just pulled motor and trans out of an 84 RX-7 and thinking about swapping it into my brothers 84 B2000. What all is involved with the swap? Is there an easy way to get rid of the computer and everything snd go for a simple setup?I got the computer and everythig but would like to just make the swap easy. The motor is already carbed and his truck is already having issues. Is there any good sites about the swap? Would the rotary motor bolt up to his automatic in his truck if I get an auto RX-7 flexplate? Or should we swap it in trans and all? On a scale 1-10 how hard is the swap?I dont know much about these cars but the motor came out pretty easy and is pretty small so I cant see the swap being too hard..Anyone who has done the swap I'd like all info possible including links to other posts and sites...Im trying to get all info possible before we decide to do the swap or not! Thanks!
