Grill/bumper ideas

so my rear bumper is chrome, and my front bumper/grill are black...but they are rusting...even though itlooks like pastic, weird but uh..

i want gunmetal wheels and smoked tails, anda phantom grill...should i get a chroem bumper for the front or another black bumper? i think im gonna get a rollpan for the back(if i ever find one for my truck...i always see chevy/ford)
