Will a 98-03 bumper bolt straight up to 94-97 bumper?

I'm pretty sure you can, but doesn't the 98+ years of S-10 have the same bolt up pattern as the 94-97 bumper cause I want to upgrade to a 98 with the full chrome instead of my painted one. Thanks for any reassurance
