PRICE TO SHAVE WHOLE REAR LIGHTS AND TAILGATE

Hello I have a 04 silverado and I want to whave up the whole rear with no seams. I want the lights filled the tailgate welded closed a roll pan and obviouslty the handle but with no flipkip because I won't have a tailgate. I want to have two 12" led lights put in the top on the tail gate. I have bright red paint so would the be able to blend the rear end without shooting the whole bed? How much would something like this run and would I have to buy a full skin or just a rollpan and tail light fillers? Does anyone know of anygood bodyshops in central Cali? Sorry for all the questions any help and opinions is greatly appreciated.
