Extending Fuel Lines on S-10

Ok I'm bagging a S-10 and was wondering about extending the fuel lines? How do I go about doing this? I tried pulling the line off of the metal line, but no luck. Where can I get the fuel line at? Also when grinding on some metal I accidently grinded a hole into the fuel pump's box, will it be ok if I seal it up with something?
