Question(s) about triangle and round notches

First question is can I lay out with a 22" rim out back on my dime with one of these. Second question is where to find them. I saw em at suicidedoors.com and silverstar customs. Jasons look like the weld to the top of the frame, or maybe they just look that way to me. Any other places sell them. Or Anyone want to make me a custom one ?
