question about state inspection

to all of you guys out there with modified suspensions, and shaved tail lights and doors:

how do you pass your state safety/emissions inspections?

I was just wondering because here in Michigan we don't have yearly inspections. But, there is talk about adopting a state law to have your vehicle inspected yearly.

So I was just wondering how you pass with all of your modifications.
