What you can do to a vehicle?

I'm in the process of working on my doors of my truck. I'm wondering if anyone has a website link with B.C. traffic laws as to what you can do to your vehicle. I need to know if shaving your locks and putting suicide doors are illegal. I already know shaving door handels is.
