Mulch in my wiper cowl?

Some dumbass kid that has a problem with me decided to put mulch on my windsheild and in my wiper cowl tonight..I got most of the mulch off the windsheild and some outa the wiper cowl...My question is how should I go about geting the rest out?...and there is still quite a bit... Also I had my air on and something hit me in the face...is this because of the mulch? The kid is going to get his ass beat for sure I just want to get the rest of this shit out. Also its the stock cowl so it has all those holes and shit in it. Is there an easyer way than picking each and everyone out.
